Decided to post some info about progress I’ve done almost couple months ago. As I’m in relocation process, I don’t have device with me, so I just posting list of the changes without all related videos and photos.
I implemented some additional features to the R9OFG code:
- Setting to send demodulated sound to the PC (instead of I/Q) to to test demodulation without speaker or for audio recording.
- FM demod.
- Improvements of the notch filter
- AM demod.
- Quisk pluigin and TS-2000 CAT protocol.
- Added «power» mode when connected to the pc (there was only 1 mode — PC connection, but I wanted to demodulate and experiment with trx connected to the PC only as a power source)
- Added «free tune» mode
Also somtheing went wrong — I have hardware issue which is hard to fix «on the knee». On the Q channel after tayloe mixer I’m getting this:
But OP amps and multiplexor looks good… it looks like problem is in passive components or knee soldering 🙂 I’ll be forced to fix it before continue with the code.
But overall there is good progress.
