As experiment i was trying to replace coil with air cartridge from newer fork, no success 🙂
*almost success, but I was unable to do some precision work manually (like thread cutting inside tube with thin pipe wall), so I forgot about this idea
Handlebar was nukeproof warhead for years, but i’ve replaced it with chinese carbon one named «ec90». Will see how long it lasts. I already did some small jumps and bunnyhops with it and i’m still alive 🙂

Brakes old Shimano SLX with the new front caliper, because old one was broken.
Transmission is 1×12 speed shimano slx with 12 speed CNC cassette from aliexpress for Shimano HG hubs. It’s pretty lightweight (right one):
Rims are tubeless nukeproof generator am.
Crankset is old shimano xt painted in black and chainring is «Deckas» 38T 7075 aluminium from aliexpress.
Hubs are ZTTO DR190 with ratchet, i heard that 54t ratchet is a weak link here, so i already have the replacement with 18 teeth ratchet:
