Received screws. Before final assembling I will polish this stuff. I’m still waiting for «PTM7950 Phase-change Pad», because I’m totally don’t want to solder transistor. (Without any relevant reasons, just don’t want :)):
Also this aluminium radiator may not be the best solution for 1kWt continuous output power for this transistor (not because it’s not big enough, but because of ribs count and topology). But at this point it will be enough for me to have 400watt output power. By the way I don’t have proper power source for maximum power (I have only 800watt power supply).
In future I will think about water cooling and maybe use this radiator for dummy load:
