Just received a few mrf9180 and one mrf9120, decided to finally test it with mrf9120.
Looks like i need to fully rebuild output transformer, because it has pretty narrow band. I was able to get 100watts only with the variable capacitor tuning on each band (with hight level of harmonics I think, unable to measure at this moment).
I will wait for 25ohm coax to try to build more wideband transformer. But i’m pretty happy with the output power (3Vpp generator through BFG591 preamp)
