This is the first time I was trying to talk in video, so video language is Russian, because it’s hard to try talk in video using non native language, especially my english is not so good 
Short explanations:
- Voltage step for PSU is 5mV and it’s precise
- Current measurement is precise too, but not all my multimeters is precise to measure dc current
