I slightly dented the transistor leads because I soldered and desoldered it. (It’s better to pry the end of the lead; it won’t look very aesthetically pleasing, but it will reduce the risk of breaking the lead because it won’t bend at the base.) I thought there is a problem with transistor because right half was heating more than left:
But with second transistor I faced the same issue and after some investigations I found that
1) Copper substrate was crooked a bit.
2) Screw was longer for around 0.2-0.3mm and didn’t press transistor tightly.
