MRF9180 HF amplifier, BFG591 as driver.

I have BFG591 amplifier (couple of them) that I used as preamp in self-made SDR:

I will write about this SDR later, because i want to continue work on that.

So if i’m using it as driver i’m able to get around 50W output on whole HF band:

And 110W without feedback circuit on 15m band 🙂

Also i’ve added 200pF capacitor to output transformer, set idle current to 1,4A and voltage to 26V:

Also now input transformer has 2 turns and output transformer 3 turns. And i think i need more resistance in RC feedback (now 120oHm), but i don’t have another 2W resistors. And maybe it will be good to use balancing choke to feed transistors.
